Refunds apply only to paid services.
2. Subscription & Digital Services Policy
All JuicyDaters premium features are digital services that are made available immediately after purchase.
Because of this:
Payments are generally non-refundable
Once a subscription is activated, it is considered used

3. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund only in the following cases:
You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
A technical error prevented you from accessing paid features
You were charged after a successful cancellation (with proof)

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel on time
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period
6. App Store Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)
If you purchased JuicyDaters through:

Apple App Store
Refunds are handled directly by those platforms, not by JuicyDaters.
