1. Free vs Paid Services

 

JuicyDaters offers both free and paid (premium) services.

  • Free features can be used without any payment.

  • Paid features unlock additional benefits such as advanced search, messaging options, and profile visibility.

Refunds apply only to paid services.

 


2. Subscription & Digital Services Policy

 

All JuicyDaters premium features are digital services that are made available immediately after purchase.

Because of this:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable

  • Once a subscription is activated, it is considered used

This policy helps prevent abuse and ensures fairness for all members.

 

 


3. When Refunds May Be Considered

 

We may consider a refund only in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

  • A technical error prevented you from accessing paid features

  • You were charged after a successful cancellation (with proof)

  • Unauthorized payment made from your account (subject to review)

Each request is reviewed individually.

 


4. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of matches or responses from other members

  • Failure to use premium features during the subscription period

  • Violation of JuicyDaters Terms of Service

  • Account suspension due to misuse or policy violations

  • Partial use of a subscription period

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

 

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

  • It is the user’s responsibility to cancel on time

  • Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period

6. App Store Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)

 

If you purchased JuicyDaters through:

  • Google Play Store

  • Apple App Store

Refunds are handled directly by those platforms, not by JuicyDaters.

We do not have control over app store billing decisions.

 


7. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund (where applicable), contact us with:

  • Your registered email address

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
